Beware Scam Phone Calls and Emails

We have been notified by several members who have received phone calls from people pretending to be Circle staff. The caller indicates you have money owing to you and will then ask for your account number and account details.

  1. Circle will never call you to ask for your account details – we already have them
  2. If you are in doubt as to who is calling you, hang up and dial Circle yourself on 1300 553 582
Whilst a Circle staff member may call you to discuss your account, be on guard when receiving unsolicited phone calls.
