Following our banking system upgrade last night we adivse that we are experiencing issues with internet and telephone banking.Telephone banking is currently off line and will not be operational for another 48 hours.Most members will be able to log into the new internet banking program but some have experienced difficulty.
Please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions available here.We are working to have these issues fixed as soon as possible and apoligise for any inconcenience.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNET BANKING USERS
If you have the Netlink login page saved as a favourite, your access will be affected.The upgrade will cause a change in our Netlink address. If you have saved this login page as a favourite, you will need to take the following action:
- Go to our home page circle.com.au
- Click on the Internet Banking link, which will take you to the new site
- Save this site as a favourite (please do this after 8am Saturday, 21 January)
